Dick Lippin has spent more than 30 years serving as a close advisor to some of the world’s most prestigious entertainment and media companies and associations in the United States and around the globe. Dick is very proud of the fact that many of his clients and company executives have been with The Lippin Group for more than a decade and that he has built a business known for its integrity, loyalty and success.
Dick has also contributed his expertise to many industry and charitable organizations and is actively involved as a Board Member, Zimmer Children’s Museum; the Board of Trustees, Rock Ethics Institute; Board of Governors, The Paley Center for Media, Los Angeles; Board of Trustees, Los Angeles County Museum of Natural History; Board Member (ex-officio), Hollywood Radio and Television Society; Executive Committee, NATPE International; Founder, Music Center of Los Angeles County; Founder, Museum of Contemporary Art and Past Chairman, Coro Foundation of Southern California and National Board.
Giving back to society is also a vital part of his life. Dick has created and been actively involved with numerous philanthropic activities. He is Chairman and Founder of the Ronnie Lippin Cancer Information and Resource Program that is offered for free and dedicated to helping cancer patients and their families in conjunction with the Tower Cancer Research Foundation and USC/Norris Cancer Center. He also founded ethics programs for undergraduate students at Brandeis University and Penn State University and is currently developing the first in the nation online ethics program for young children. He has received numerous awards recognizing this work, including the Service to Society Award from Pennsylvania State University and the inaugural Icon Award from the the Zimmer Children’s Museum.
Prior to entering the public relations industry, Dick worked on Wall Street in both the investment and regulatory areas of the financial world.
Dick graduated from Penn State University and subsequently received a degree from the Institute of Finance in New York. He also attended the MBA program at City University, and law school at Whittier College School of Law in Los Angeles.
